The Delfield 18682VDL Versa Drawer 82" worktop refrigerator with four drawers allows you to store your refrigerated ingredients and prepare your signature dishes in one convenient location! Each of its drawers can hold two full size food pans up to 4" deep. For versatility, each drawer's temperature can be independently adjusted to act as a refrigerator, freezer, chiller, or thaw cabinet. In addition, this worktop refrigerator's 34" height makes it compliant with ADA standards.

For superior food safety, an electronic HACCP system records temperature information in each drawer, and an alarm system alerts you of any unexpected changes. Its service diagnostics system helps you target and solve any problems that may arise.

This Delfield 82" worktop refrigerator features stainless steel sides, top, and drawers for long lasting durability. Two 1/3 hp left-mounted compressors circulate eco-friendly R404A refrigerant to maintain food safe holding temperatures, while high-density polyurethane foam insulation contributes to outstanding temperature retention in even the most demanding environments. An ABS plastic interior liner in each drawer ensures that each section stays at your intended settings.
