I really enjoy all of the Del Sol canned peppers I have ordered. I have never used a product as good as this in that they some how retain the natural 'snap' of a fresh pepper yet can be purchased at such an economical price.

these canned peppers can be a very economical choice for places like diners, mom and pop shops and food carts. they work great for cooking sausage and peppers!

Wasn't sure what to expect with these pepper strips. However I threw them on the flat top griddle with some onions & they turned out great. They held their texture & tasted good! Will buy again.
