This is a great product for making traditional clam chowder. It works nicely in fresh clam cakes. Great flavor and a great way to save on food costs.

What is the benefit of buying canned ocean clams? you dont have to clean the clams and get rid of the sand. perfect for making clam chowder soup at a good price

These are great canned chopped clams! They save time harvesting the meat from fresh clams and have a great flavor! Good for clam cakes and chowder!!

I use these clams for a few different applications. I use them for both clam chowder and also clam cakes. I also use them in pasta and use the juice for sauce.

These clams are great for clam chowder. They are still nice sized and not chopped really tiny. They are still plump and juicy and not shriveled up.

We have purchased similar clams from Wholesale clubs, and these clams were by far cleaner with less filler than the other clams. They are pinker and sweeter as well, so may be a slightly different clam then other brands. Overall though we were very satisfied with quality of the clams for use in deep fried fritters and in White Sauce recipe as well.
