For your convenience, this baking sheet is safe to use with silicone mats (sold separately). To use this baking sheet, preheat your oven, and bake as normal on low-, mid-, or high-heat. Use it with a baking mat or baking paper (sold separately). Do not use this baking sheet with cold or frozen ingredients. After use, scrape and brush to remove baked-on residue, and lightly grease to prevent rusting. Avoid harsh soaps and abrasive cleaners.
