This unit features G3 digital controls with an easy-to-read, true-green LED display. The display uses scroll through navigation and allows for precise fine tuning of the brewing process so you can get the best results. As part of the Gold Cup series, this brewer provides precise control over all the different aspects of brewing from time to volume to water bypass. Pre-set, one touch global recipes help simplify the use of this coffee brewer to improve efficiency in your banquet facility or conference center.

This brewer has the industry's most effective mineral tolerant design to help reduce the chances of damage from mineral buildup. It also has an encapsulated control board that is protected against steam, water, and impact. Plus, this brewer has the functionality to allow you to field select the brew batch volume from between 0.5, 1, or 1.5 gallons. When you are ready to brew, the locking lid and brew cone ensure safety by preventing accidental spills.

For convenient setup when your new coffee brewer arrives, this model comes with two FreshTrac 1.5 gallon satellite servers. Each server has an intuitive LED system that communicates freshness and volume of coffee at a distance so that staff can see when it is time to brew more coffee. Plus, there are no distracting alarms to disturb your customers. The servers also have a sloping bottom design to reduce waste and make them easy to empty and clean.
