This Crown Verity CV-RD-24 roll dome for select Crown Verity outdoor grills fits over the charbroiler grill (sold separately) to keep heat inside and increase cooking production. The roll dome is constructed of durable stainless steel and is sure to hold up under the demands of a commercial environment. The wide handle makes it easy to open and close the dome quickly, and the built-in thermometer on the outside of the lid allows you to keep and eye on the temperature.
