It uses CNC robotically spun discs that allow greater durability. The ribbed discs and rolled edges provide convenient safety on top of its impressive strength. The CPC powder-coat finish is chip-resistant and long lasting, making it ideal for heavy use in industrial settings. This reel is rated for 200 PSI working pressure. It sports an external 90 degree full-flow dual ported brass swivel outfitted with VITON seals. This swivel offers both connections from the same side of the reel, ensuring the reel does not need to be removed from its mount.

This reel is built with versatility in mind, as it contains an enclosed, factory-tuned, cartridge-style spring motor with a stainless steel spring. This makes the motor long-lasting, rust-resistant, and ensures that it is easily accessible. This cartridge-style motor is easily removable, making maintenance safe and simple. The reel also features a multi-position lock ratchet mechanism that allows you to secure the hose at your preferred length so you're able to service every area of your workstation without compromising on location. The rachet is pawl- and zinc-plated for long-lasting strength. The composite bearings also allow smooth and efficient rotation. Its guide arm adjusts easily to vehicle, wall, floor, and overhead positions. This reel is designed to handle dual hydraulic applications. It includes a 25' "T" grade welding hose designed to be used for a variety of gases, such as MAPP, propane, natural, and fuel.
