These interchangeable messages include the following numbered complete words: "Approved", "Urgent", "E-Mailed", "Cancelled", "Charged", "Checked", "Delivered", "Credit", "Faxed", "Paid", "Received", and "Shipped". These convenient features make it easy to combine date and phrase to precisely keep track of documents. Also, an additional band gives you option of stamping one of the following phrases instead of the year: "REC'D", "ANS'D", "ENT'D", "PAID", "A.M.", and "P.M."
