Details

The CPG 351PEF10 temp limiter is a direct replacement for the same component in CPG EF300 and EF302 electric countertop fryers. If your fryer's thermometer fails or the oil simply gets too hot, the temp limiter will automatically shut down the fryer to prevent safety hazards.
