This Cooking Performance Group crumb tray is a direct replacement for the one that comes with your conveyor oven that has a 50" belt. Use it to replace a damaged crumb tray to effectively catch overflow and loose ingredients for expedited end-of-day cleaning! It slides out from underneath the conveyor belt for simple removal and cleaning, preventing the dangerous buildup of flammable waste and allowing you to more easily maintain a sanitary piece of cooking equipment. This tray is only compatible with Cooking Performance Group conveyor ovens that have a 50" belt.
