Featuring a temperature range from 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit or 100 to 280 degrees Celsius, it displays the current temperature with bold, easy-to-read numbers. Color-coded zones also help show where the temperature falls along the thermometer's range, with the higher temperatures shown in bold red and the lower temperatures shown in dull red. This makes it easy to quickly monitor the oven's temperature. Plus, one side of the scale is provided in Fahrenheit, while the other is in Celsius, which ensures that every staff member is comfortable with monitoring the temperature. The thermometer is accurate +/- 25 degrees Fahrenheit.
