The Cleveland TMKEL-80-T 80 gallon tilting electric steam jacketed twin mixer kettle quickly heats, churns and stirs large batches of batters, mashed potatoes, and sauces to a smooth consistency! This model features a mixer with infinitely variable mixing speeds, letting you stir its contents to make processed meats for vacuum-sealing. Additionally, its twin structure allows preparation of a second batch of food as one kettle is being mixed.

This Cleveland 80 gallon tilting steam jacketed twin mixer kettle boasts precise, solid state electronic temperature controls, and heats evenly from all sides, which eliminates hot spots. It features a 2" diameter tangent draw off valve, as well as water-resistant, splash-proof tilting controls that smoothly pivot the kettle for easy pouring of chunky products. A 50 psi rating, higher than many standard kettles, improves efficiency and performance.

The Cleveland TMKEL-80-T 80 gallon tilting electric steam jacketed twin mixer kettle is NSF, CSA, CE, and UL Listed and requires a 208/240V three phase electrical connection. It must be hard wired; it does not come with a cord and plug. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details and installation requirements.
