This Cleveland 100 gallon stationary gas steam jacketed kettle features a 2" diameter tangent draw-off valve to easily empty the kettle's contents for serving. It boasts precise, solid state temperature controls and heats evenly from each side, eliminating hot spots. LED readouts ensure easy monitoring of the heat cycle and water level so you spend less time watching the kettle, and more time focusing on other tasks.
The Cleveland KGL-100 is NSF, CE, CSA, and AGA Listed, and requires a 3/4" NPT gas connection. A 115V electrical connection is also required and this model comes with a cord and plug. Choose liquid propane or natural gas. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details and installation requirements.
