This 40 gallon Cleveland KDL-40 stationary steam jacketed kettle connects directly to your existing steam source, letting you quickly and easily cook large quantities of your signature broths, soups, stews, gravies, and pasta! Thanks to its spring assisted domed cover, this kettle also traps heat in for greater cooking efficiency.
This Cleveland 40 gallon steam kettle heats evenly from all sides, eliminating hot spots. It also features a 2" diameter tangent draw-off valve to easily empty the kettle's contents for serving. A 50 psi rating, higher than many standard kettles, improves efficiency and performance.
The Cleveland KDL-40 is NSF Listed and requires a 3/4" IPS steam connection. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details and installation requirements.
