Quickly and easily cook large quantities of your signature broths, soups, stews, gravies, and pasta with this 30 gallon Cleveland KDL-30-F stationary full steam jacketed kettle! This kettle connects directly to your existing steam source and features a fully steam jacketed design for quick heating. For greater cooking efficiency, it comes with a spring assisted domed cover.

This Cleveland 30 gallon steam kettle heats evenly from all sides to eliminate hot spots, while its 50 psi rating, higher than many standard kettles, improves efficiency and performance. A 2" diameter tangent draw-off valve lets you easily empty the kettle's contents for serving. This steam kettle is also built lower than standard models, providing easier access for shorter employees while reducing the risk of burns.

The Cleveland KDL-30-F is NSF Listed and requires a 3/4" IPS steam connection. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details and installation requirements.
