The Cleveland KDL-25-T tilting 25 gallon steam jacketed kettle is a hard-working unit that will connect directly to your existing steam source! Its 25 gallon capacity enables you to prepare large batches of stew, pasta, chili, and soup.
The Cleveland KDL-25-T steam jacketed kettle features a 50 PSI steam jacket rating with a 50 PSI chrome-plated safety valve.
All exterior surfaces are made of durable 304 stainless steel, with a #4 finish on the kettle and its supports. The Cleveland KDL-25-T direct steam 25 gallon steam jacketed kettle has a permanently lubricated, self-locking tilting mechanism that saves space.
Each kettle leg is 1 5/8" in diameter and is constructed from type 304 stainless steel. The legs feature 3-level adjustable feet and bolt flanges for floor bolting. For installation requirements and additional information, consult the specification sheet. NSF Listed.
