The clear polycarbonate lid provides easy visibilty to contents, and withstands temperatures from -40 to 212 degrees Fahrenheit. The clear Carlisle food storage lid is made of polyethylene which can withstand temperatures from -40 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. NSF Listed.
