The clear Carlisle food storage box is made of polyethylene which can withstand temperatures from -40 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. NSF Listed.

    These storage containers are a must have for many prep applications in commercial kitchens. They are made very well and are very sturdy. Great price too.

    I really liked this size, but keep in mind that the dimensions are of the top of the box, and the box narrows down by a couple inches at the bottom. The quality and cleanliness of this box and its brothers makes it indispensable for holding meats and other foods that have to be prepped and then go to the fridge.
