2 1/2" deep plastic food pan. The Carlisle 1030007 Top Notch food pan is made of durable polycarbonate that is designed to resist food acids and can withstand temperatures from -40 degrees Fahrenheit to 210 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Carlisle 1030007 Top Notch 1/6 size food pan also features an easy lifting spoon notch which allows for a safe, sanitary and convenient way to remove the food pan from steam tables, prep tables, and food bars.
