The chlorinated sanitizer eliminates the need for rinsing to help speed up the cleaning process.

Other recommended uses for this sanitizer include cleaning utensils, beer taps, flat foodservice surfaces, like counters and table tops. For use, mix 1 oz. of sanitizer powder per 2 gallons of warm water to provide 100 ppm available chlorine. Chlorinated sanitizer is most effective in water between 75 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit, and the concentration can be monitored with the use of test strips.
