For a durable pan that resists bowing, choose this Chicago Metallic 40904 "Stay Flat" full size aluminum bun / sheet pan! This unique, cookie-style sheet is perfect for special use situations that require stronger, flatter sheet pans, such as transport or baking pies and cakes. Crafted from 20 gauge aluminum with wire located within the rim, this Stay Flat pan is built to keep its shape after repeated use!

The Chicago Metallic 40904 Stay Flat aluminum bun / sheet pan is designed with tension-bow technology to increase the strength of the pan to prevent bowing, and also features continuously reinforced sidewalls that increase sidewall strength up to 30%.
