What measurements do I need to install a faucet?

When installing a faucet, these are some of the most common measurements you’ll need:

Faucet Centers: If your faucet has a base with 2 inlets, measure the distance from the center of one inlet to the center of the other. This number must match the spacing of your building’s water lines (adjustable centers will help with the spacing). If mounting through the backsplash on a sink, the center measurement must also fit within the pre-drilled mounting holes.

Flex Hoses: If your faucet has flex hoses make sure that they will reach your building’s water lines.

Spout length: Make sure that the faucet spout will fit comfortably over your sink bowl and not extend too far / not far enough. If you plan to use a swing spout over a multi-bowl sink, make sure it will reach all of the bowls.

Designed with an 8" L-type swing spout, this faucet combines functionality with style. This unit is equipped with a pressure compensating Softflo aerator that releases a soft, non-splashing flow of water at 2.2 GPM. With its durable, cast brass construction and polished chrome finish, this faucet has a total lead content of less than or equal to 0.25% for your safety. This unit has a rated operating pressure of 20 to 125 PSI and a rated operating temperature of 40 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit for optimal performance.

It boasts an 8" body, adjustable arms, and 7 1/4" to 8 3/4" adjustable centers that allow it to match the centers on your sink or mounting surface with ease. Control water flow and prevent leaks with the help of the Quaturn compression operating cartridges. The hot and cold, vandal-proof 2 3/8" lever handles are color coded for easy identification.
