Great soup base mix. Used it for Cream of Broccoli soup. Add milk & water. Saves $$ when having to make large quantity of cream based soups.

Am ordering more! Perfect for soup kettles! I followed directions, added the H20 to my soup kettle with the soup base, whisked it in and occasionally whisked until it was thick. Added my own special touches...excellent soup!

We use this in our restaurant. Makes any cream soup you want. The quality is outstanding and the price is great too. I always try to buy it when I'm buying something else to save a little on shipping.

We have tried a few other brands of cream soup base but the Chef's Companion is the best by far. It is easy to prepare and is very versatile.
