Each packet makes one gallon of sauce.
The deliciously tart taste of perfectly seasoned au jus sauce is the ideal complement to traditional and creative beef dishes. Perfect for your buffet or event, au jus sauce is also commonly offered at roast beef carving stations.
While it's great when served in its traditional au jus sauce form, this au jus mix can also be used for soups, gravies, stews, and chilis! Use it to add an extra kick of rich beef flavor to steaks and hamburgers. Or, use it as a savory ingredient to create signature sauces for pasta noodles. Featuring a pleasant beef flavor that's not too savory or salty, this au jus mix makes a versatile and convenient addition to any kitchen!
Slowly add 4 oz. dry mix to 1 gallon hot water while mixing well with a wire whip.
Cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
Remove cover, mix well, and serve.

Who doesn't love Au Jus? We picked this up just as a filler for one of our recent orders and are glad we did. We mix it a little stronger and add some other ingredients to the mix, but it's a great starter.

Great tasting mix with a variety of uses. It's great as Au Jus for sandwiches, but it can be used for soups, gravy, and as a flavor enhancer for stews and chili.

This is a great tasting sauce mix. A must for steaks and hamburgers anything that needs a little kick. Not to strong if you mix sparingly. Easy just add water for a wonderful treat to your meal. If you would like a thicker sauce more like gravy just add a little corn starch and heat it up stirring until thick, then let it cool. It\'s really good.

This is very good powdered au jus. I mix it with the pan drippings from top round roast. It is rich, however not salty. I think used sparingly, this would be good in french onion soup or in place of any beef base.

This is very good Au Jus mix. When I put a roast in the crock pot at home, I mix a partial mix of this mix and cook my roast in it. It also makes a good gravy
