Made of comfortable cotton twill, this Chef Revival J017BK-5X attractive 64" 5X black Cuisinier long sleeve chef jacket sets the standard in chef coat design and comfort. It has the traditional mandarin collar, back yoke and drop shoulder construction. This chef coat's cloth covered buttons are designed to last, and the thermometer / pen pocket adds convenience. Chef coats like this one that are made from Chef-tex Breeze high performance poly-cotton absorb moisture better than other fabrics, spreading it through the fibers for faster drying, and helping the wearer cooler in hot kitchen environments. Chef-tex Breeze fabric is 20% lighter than regular Chef-tex, and perfect for the hottest kitchen environments!
