Made of Chef Revival's exclusive high performance poly-cotton Chef-tex material, this size 52 (2X) white J015-2X Cuisinier long sleeve chef jacket sets the standard in chef coat design and comfort. It has the traditional mandarin collar, back yoke and drop shoulder construction.

Chef coats made from Chef-tex high performance poly-cotton absorb moisture better than other fabrics, spreading it through the fibers for quicker drying, and help keep the wearer cooler in hot kitchen environments.
