I bought these to use in a pasta dish.the cost is great and so are the capers. I felt that they were a little saltier than ones I have used before but I just adjusted to suit and they were fine.

These capers are great for adding a briny flavor to a sauce! I love it to make classic chicken piccata!! Great for paring with tomatoes too!
