    These Carlisle trays are a must for a buffet style resturant. They are well made and will really last. we also use these to lay our wraped flateware on.

    I must admit that I do not use this tray in the kitchen rather for my son's Legos. We use it for sorting or setting up his Legos and it is a good way to port them around the house. Next time I'll buy a bigger tray for that purpose. However, the tray itself is great quality.

    These food trays are very nice and sturdy! A must-have for every commercial kitchen! They come in so handy so often. We use them for transferring trays of side dishes from prep area to main kitchen. A great tray for the price. Lots of colors available too!
