This clear, rectangular plastic catering tray is made of break-resistant SAN, which resists food acids and oils. The molded-in pattern gives the catering tray the appearance of etched crystal. This catering tray is safe when exposed to temperatures between 0 degrees and 180 degrees, and measures 12 1/2" x 7".

    This catering tray is perfect for serving bread (rolls, cornbread, or biscuits) on. We use a lot of these in one night of catering. I recommend it. It can be put through the dishwasher.
