This full size Carlisle 601826 sheet / bun pan is made with 16-gauge, 304-series aluminum alloy. It has a rust- resistant, galvanized bead wire to protect against rusting and flaking and has an easy-cleaning natural finish surface.

Sheet / bun pans are also sometimes called baker's trays, and this Carlisle 601826 full size sheet / bun pan is perfect for baking and broiling.

This item is similar to the Vollrath 9004 18" x 26" Wear-Ever full size aluminum sheet pan.
