The Carlisle 509 black 1.3 oz. salad spoon is perfect for portioning salad toppings at buffets! The large flat edge and 11" long handle enable easy scooping. Its one-piece polycarbonate construction is dishwasher-safe, and can withstand temperatures up to 212 degrees Fahrenheit (dry heat up to 270 degrees Fahrenheit). It's NSF Listed, and backed by a 2 year warranty from Carlisle.
