Part of Carlisle’s Dallas Ware line, which was the original industry standard for melamine dinnerware, this platter is stain and scratch resistant. The reinforced rim and base make this platter easy to carry and transport, and ensure longevity. It also easily stacks with major competitors’ products. This product is BPA free, dishwasher safe, and can hold food up to 212 degrees Fahrenheit.

Use this platter for your signature sandwiches with chips, for salads, or for pasta dishes. Whatever you decide to use it for, this oval platter will be great for any restaurant, caterer, buffet, or any other food service operation! Its white color will fit in perfectly with any decor.

    Great plate because it does not break. Saves alot of money in the long run with a little bit of an investment. Does not scratch.
