This high temperature brush has stiff, Teflon bristles that withstand temperatures up to 500 degrees. High temperature brushes save time since equipment can be cleaned while it is still warm. Promotes more frequent cleaning to meet sanitation regulations and improve food flavor. Plastic handle provides a "cool touch." This brush is 23" in length with 7/8" bristles.

    Very useful. The shape fits great in fryers. Good tool for fryer cleaning.
