This is a nice container for cooling down hot stocks, just simply strain it in and use a frozen ice paddle to cool it down quickly! Built to withstand hot or cold temperatures!!!

Excellent size for marinating chicken or brining pork. These containers are very sturdy so you don't need to worry about them leaking and cross contaminating everything else in your fridge.

An excellent value. It's actually even more heavy-duty than I had expected, so it works great. I use it to store crystallized citric acid, and even with 20+ lbs in it, the container doesn't even threaten to flex or fail.
