Made of dishwasher safe and NSF Listed polycarbonate that resists food acids and oils and can withstand temperatures of -40 to 212 Fahrenheit. This ninth size pan has easy lift spoon notches at both ends for a safe, sanitary, easy removal. Optional solid, notched and soft lids sold separately. Dimensions are 6 3/4" x 6 1/4".
