This Cambro H19003 5" swivel caster with brake is a direct replacement for the one that came standard on your ADCSC S-Series compact adjustable dish caddy. The casters on your unit make transporting up to 500 lb. of dishes with your caddy a breeze, so it's important to fix a broken one at the first signs of wear and avoid unnecessary downtime. This caster mounts to compatible equipment using a mounting plate. It includes (1) 5" caster, 1 caster impact plate, and 4 screws and comes with a brake.
