The Cambro CP1220 full size Camchiller
will help ensure that cold foods are safely
held below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. You
can use the Cambro CP1220 full size
Camchiller to pre-chill food pan carriers
and hold cold food. Additionally, you can
hold sandwiches, cheese, yogurt, milk,
and sodas at proper temperatures in
CamKisosk vending carts.
To use,
freeze the Camchiller flat for at least 8
hours, load pans of pre-chilled items
below the Camchiller, and then you're
ready to go! The Cambro CP1220 full size
Camchiller measures 20 13/16"L x 12
7/8"W x 1 1/2"H. It is NSF approved and
dishwasher safe. Cold Blue
color.
The Cambro Camchiller
CP1220 fits into the following Cambro
items: 300MPC, UPC400, UPCS400,
UPC600, UPC800, UPC1200*, UPC1600*
1318MTC, CVC72*, CVC724*, CMB1826,

Cambro
recommends that 2 Camchillers are used
