A pop-up vent allows steam to be released and keeps menu items from becoming soggy. Polyurethane insulation and an airtight gasket combine to ensure excellent food quality and temperature retention. A single, sturdy plastic latch is easy to open and close securely, with a door that opens 270 degrees to the side.
This full size front loading food pan carrier securely stacks and interlocks for more efficient transportation and storage. It's dishwasher safe, and NSF Listed.

This is the hottest box that we have used so far. Anytime we replace our boxes it will be with this box. Drove 2 hours to drop off a catering and the food seemed hotter coming out of this Cambro then it did the electric hot box.
