Cream-filled pastries and frozen doughs that are sensitive to changes in temperature are kept cold with the included Camchiller cold pack, maintaining their quality and ensuring they are safe to consume.

Organizing, packing, and accessing your products is easy thanks to the front loading door and 6-rail wire racks that holds full-sized 23 5/8" x 15 3/4" sheet pans/trays (sold separately).
