This dispenser really holds the heat well! It has super heavy duty clamps on top to keep any liquid from leaking if turned on its side.

We 3 of these 2.5 gallon dispensers and 2 of the 4.5 gallon disperses and have had nothing but good luck. These do a good job of keeping our coffee hot and our tea cold. Also with our older containers by some other brand there was some dripping after a few uses but after 3 years these are still going strong. Highly recommended!!

I have three of these that I use for all my catering events. They hold a lot of product, and are extremely durable. Great price, recommend this to everyone I know.

We we had to replace some of our beverage dispensers. After checking with our regular suppliers we found the Webstaurant had the best price. They had updated the dispensers a little since our last ones, the top vent can be hard to tell if it is open or closed by just looking at it as well as pulling on the vent because there is so little movement. Not a bad design but could have been a little simpler. Over all Cambro produces a quality product and we are looking forward to several years of use out of the replacements. Some of the old ones had lasted 10 years or more.

We have had another brand, and after a few uses, their lids warped, and coffee would come sloshing out. Not so with this one. It has a good design for serving (coffee stays hot if it isn't too empty) and for storage.
