This carrier has CFC-free polyurethane insulation so that your hot and cold foods stay at food safe temperatures for four hours or more, making this carrier ideal for kitchens with limited access to electrical outlets. Its molded-in rails are able to hold up to (7) 18" x 26" trays or sheet pans so that you will always have enough supplies on hand for any service or event. It even includes a removable cutting board on top so that you can quickly prepare food that you have stored without taking up extra counter space.

This double-wall carrier is made of durable polyethylene that's resistant to marring such as dents, cracks, rust, chips, and breaks. Thanks to its seamless one-piece construction, it's even easy to clean with a simple wipe down! Airtight door gaskets keep your hot food hot or cold food cold, while a recessed pop-up vent releases steam and prevents soggy food. This carrier can be closed using two rust-proof latches that have the durability to ensure that foods stay safely insulated.
