This Cambro 12128 gasket is a direct replacement for the one that came standard on select UPC1600 and UPC1600SP series Camcarts®. Gaskets are vital to proper temperature retention since they create a tight seal to lock in heat or cold, and they also prevent leaks and spills. Be sure to inspect your unit's gasket regularly and replace it if you see any tears or worn spots.
