What is the difference between using a 10" filter and a 20" filter for my ice machine?
Our 10" filters are ideal for ice machines with an output of up to 500 lb. because they are specifically designed to treat the relatively low volume of water used by those machines, whereas 20" filters are built to treat the higher volume of water used by ice machines with an output of 600 lb. or more. They also take up less of your valuable space and are available at a lower price point.

This system's blue housing has a convenient pressure relief button and safely holds the included 20" anti-scaling phosphate drop in cartridge. The cartridge boasts 8 oz. of crystalline polyphosphate that combines with premium granular activated carbon to prevent harmful scale buildup on pipes, evaporator plates and other components while also eliminating unappealing chlorine tastes and odors.
Designed for ice machines with an output of 500 lb. or higher and other beverage equipment, the C Pure AQUAKING20 20" single cartridge water filtration system is compatible with water temperatures up to 125 degrees Fahrenheit and accommodates an intermittent flow rate of up to 3 GPM. It features a 1/2" inlet that easily connects to existing plumbing lines.
