This is a great machine for people who don't need to make tons of coffee at a time. It's great for a small store or office because it can make and keep coffee warm while being easy to maintain.

Excellent, best hot coffee, no need plumbing, stainless steel, lower warmwe to keep the coffe hot, portable and easy to move it from place to other.

It is adequate if you have never owned one in the past. However, the pourover models from Bunn are now lacking basic features that should be standard like the plumbed in models. Specifically there is no 'Ready to Brew' light, and no master power switch. The machine I received also leaked out the top left of the housing, overflowed if you poured the water in faster than a trickle, and the water was not hot enough to make decent coffee. Poor quality control. Not what I expected from Bunn.

Best coffee maker i have used in years. easy to use , makes tons of hot coffee fast,keeps it hot without burning it for a very long time.easy cleanup and it not tied to 1 spot for water line as i can take it anywhere i want. great product a must for your home or busniess.
