Designed for heavy duty use, this Bulman R720-60 60" vertical jumbo paper cutter will be the perfect tool for effectively cutting and dispensing paper. This cutter is capable of holding a paper roll measuring up to 20" in diameter, and also comes with four casters for easy transportation. Two casters have locking brakes to prevent rolling during use. Made out of steel and featuring a gray, baked powder coat finish, this product is extremely durable and reliable. The tension in the nickel-plated springs can be altered. Whether you're using this product for packaging, gift wrapping, to cut table covers, or in a school environment, it's sure to meet all of your needs!
