This paper roll cutter is capable of holding rolls measuring up to 18" in diameter, and comes with a serrated blade for smooth and easy cutting. The knee action gravity cutting blade is attached to arms which lock into an open position for safe roll loading and removing. The Jumbo Mover comes with four casters for easy mobility, and two of the wheels lock to ensure stability and safety during use. Durable and sturdy, this paper roll cutter is made out of steel and has a sleek-looking, gray, powder coat finish.
