Keep your Bulman Portable Shear Cutter in perfect, working condition with the Bulman A694-36 36" Rotary Shear Cutter. Recommended for packaging materials measuring up to 7/8" thick, including bubble wrap, this cutter ensures quick, easy, and efficient cuts every time. It includes a built-in, hold-down bar and an enclosed rotary wheel with a hand grip mounted on an extruded aluminum guide rod. It also features a cutting track and full-length, tension-loaded, spring steel blade. Use this cutter as a replacement for your Portable Shear Cutter, or use it with a reel holder to make it portable.
