Rather than having to purchase an entirely new unit, simply replace your worn out or damaged head guard and blade to ensure smooth, efficient, and precise cuts every time. The 4-notch titanium-edged utility blade makes your cutter capable of cutting through up to 1/2" thick, stiff materials while still effectively cutting through softer, more pliable materials. For added flexibility and versatility, the cutting height guard can be adjusted from 3/8" to 5/8" to easily fit and cut through a variety of materials, like thick paper, cork, bubble packaging, or foam up to 1/2". This adjustability makes it quick and simple to remove the lower portion of the head for blade replacement rather than separating the entire guide rod from the track.
