Keep food fresh longer with the black Carlisle 1032003 TopNotch 1/9 size 2 1/2" deep plastic food pan. The Carlisle 1032003 TopNotch food pan is made of durable polycarbonate that is designed to resist food acids and oils found in lemons, tomatoes, and other foods, and it can withstand temperatures from -40 degrees Fahrenheit to 210 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Carlisle 1032003 TopNotch 1/9 size food pan also features an easy lifting spoon notch which allows for a safe, sanitary and convenient way to remove the food pan from steam tables, prep tables, and food bars.

Each food pan is dishwasher safe and NSF Listed. See Companion Items for compatible lids.

    This clear plastic food pan is good for keeping foods that tend to react to the metal food pans such as avacado or dressings! The small size is good for small amounts of items like sliced radishes!
