Ideal for keeping lettuce, tomato, onion, or other toppings fresh, the black Carlisle 1024003 TopNotch 1/2 size long 2" deep food pan is the perfect fit for your food bar! This food pan is made of durable polycarbonate, designed to resist the potent acids and oils found in lemons, tomatoes, and other foods. And because it can handle temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees Fahrenheit, this is one of the toughest food pans available.

This 1/2 size long food pan features an easy lift spoon notch so that you can safely, cleanly, and quickly remove it from food bar areas. The notch is specially designed to prevent hand-to-food contact so that your food avoids sources of contamination. Simply insert a utensil underneath the notch, lift, and the food pan removes without any strain.

Each food pan is dishwasher safe and NSF Listed. See Companion Items for compatible lids.
